Arthur F. Nelson, MAI, RM is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Nevada (and California) Certified General Appraiser which allows him to appraise any type of commercial property.  A Las Vegas appraiser with an MAI designation is often called upon to appraise very large commercial properties throught Las Vegas, Henderson and Clark County Nevada. 

The Appraisal Institute is a national organization located in Chicago.  The state of Nevada has a local chapter located in Las Vegas. Certain insurance companies, banks and investors request MAI appraisals for Las Vegas or Henderson investment grade properties (real property that is of sufficient quality and size to be eligible for inclusion in large, high-quality institutional portfolios).  Las Vegas MAI Appraisals are typically those very large, newer properties with superior locations.
